How do you feel about NY's Congestion Pricing Plan below E. 60th St?

I don't think it makes a lot of sense. It's a retarded way to make more money for NYC. What happens if you work for a catering company and you need to make multiple deliveries in the area in a week? Those amounts add up! :-|
