How do you report online fraud?

I keep getting unsolicited emails from "UK National Lottery"advising me to wire $ 1,208.00 to some guy in England so he can have a courier transfer my "winnings" I have 24 hrs. to send this money or I will forfiet my prize!What a crock of ----!I saved the email,how do I report it to yahoo?
