Help i think im dieing?

please help me well my **** male thingy haha you know what it is well on the shaft and on my "cherrys" have these small little white bumps they are not painfull at all and please tell me whats going on am i dieing cause im really scared please help me and i just noticed them in the shower today and im 12 and have never had or anything
