Legal advice needed! Definite moral dilemma!?

Wow, that's a tough one. Do you publish the letter, and thus retain your integrity; or do you bury the letter in order to please your boss? Maybe you can split the difference. Publish the letter, but then offer your boss a chance to rebut in a future edition of the newsletter. Either that, or publish the original letter and your company's real side-by-side in the next edition of the newsletter. Either way, I hope things work out for you. Good luck!
