Freezing Baked Cookies?

I'm unsure of what to do with these baked cookies that I froze on Monday. I bought them from the store on Saturday and on the box it stated to use or freeze by 5/24/10---which was this past Monday, and that was what I did. The problem is I bought them for a cl party that we're having tomorrow and I'm afraid that when the cookies thaw they'll become soggy. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any suggestions? How long before the actual party should I thaw the cookies? Thanks in advance (:
