HELP!!! Brother is on some Vodka Frenzy?!!?

Help me out here man, my elder brother loves his alcohol and buys back those vodka's every now and then. Recently he has poisoned our drinks with vodka, juice cartons have vodka mixed in, my coke is also tainted with vodka and now some of our redwine has alil vodka too. Im not so sure about the water supply though. Is there any way around this?!
