I'm Confused. What's the meaning of this?

Okay i am 21 years old and i am friendly with this woman. But the thing is she is older than me. She is 37 but i have feelings for her. Today she asked me to have christmas dinner with her and spend the night there. But she said it was nothing ual and that it was purely platonic. I'm confused. Is this a good thing and what does it mean? Could there be more than meets the eye here? Thanks
